DELIVERY CHARGES

Minimum carriage paid order £150+VAT. Orders under £150 are accepted but will be subject to a £7.50 delivery charge (UK Mainland excluding certain areas, see below).
Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland – a carriage surcharge may apply (depending on order value and calculated at checkout). We are not able to delivery to the Republic of Ireland, Europe or elsewhere.
We accept the following payment methods: Cheque, BACS, Visa, Maestro, or Master Card.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Deliveries must be signed for by a competent adult and if no one is in to take the goods a £20 redelivery charge will have to be administered and we reserve the right to charge this without notice, for this reason it is always beneficial to deliver to a work address. Please advise us if you require delivery on a certain day otherwise the goods will be picked, packed and sent at our earliest opportunity.

Whilst we keep good stocks any item that is out of stock will be substituted for a similar item of equal or greater value – however we will attempt to contact you to discuss a preferred replacement.

Please make sure you only sign for the amount of items delivered and that you check you have everything you have ordered immediately.

CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES

Claims for shortages must be made in writing within three days of receipt of your order by post or email at info@trafalgargrouptrading.com, detailing what is missing and your consignment number. We can then contact the couriers for the location of the missing item. In the event the item cannot be found we will either send a replacement or arrange a credit.

DAMAGED GOODS

In the event of our products being delivered to you damaged please take photographs, and please notify us immediately on 01603 343488 or via email at info@trafalgargrouptrading.com so we can arrange a replacement and collection of the damaged goods or a refund.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

All fireworks conform to the European Standard EN15947 and are supplied on the condition they will be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.
If you do not have a prearranged credit facility, payment is required with confirmation of your order. 
Credit account customers are required to settle invoices within 30 days.

We do not offer a sale or return facility.
Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or over. It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under 18. It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public.
